We ship to:

- Ceuta and Melilla
- International destinations

2. Transport companies
We work with several courier companies depending on the destination and type of shipment:
- Correos Express
- Correos
- GLS
- MRW
The assigned carrier depends on the weight, volume, destination and availability of the courier service.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are:
- 48–72 business hours from the time the order is placed.
- Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be processed from the next business day.
Delivery times may vary during special campaigns, holiday periods or due to circumstances beyond our control affecting the courier companies.
4. Shipping rates
Mainland Spain
- €3.99 for orders under €49.
- Free shipping for orders equal to or above €49.
Balearic Islands
- €5.99 for orders under €59.
- Free shipping for orders from €59.
Canary Islands
- €7.99 for orders under €99.
- Free shipping for orders from €99.
Ceuta, Melilla and international shipments
- Custom rates.
- The customer must request a quote by telephone, WhatsApp or email.
5. Order preparation
The order is prepared once payment has been confirmed, except for immediate payment methods such as card or Bizum.
The usual preparation time is 24–48 business hours.
6. Shipment tracking
The customer will receive shipment tracking information directly by SMS or email sent by the courier company.
If the customer needs the tracking number manually, they can request it by contacting us through our customer service channels.
7. Incidents and delivery issues
In case of an incident, we recommend the following steps:
- If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, the customer should refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
- If, upon opening the parcel, any product is found to be broken or defective, the customer must contact us and send photos of the condition of the product and the packaging.
We will manage the incident with the courier and proceed with replacement or the corresponding solution.
8. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Bizum
9. Conditions according to payment method
Bank transfer
The order will be prepared once payment has been confirmed in our account. Shipping times will start to count from this confirmation.
PayPal
This method carries a 3% surcharge on the total amount of the order. The surcharge is always shown before completing the payment.
Bank card / Bizum
These methods have no additional cost for the customer.
10. Payment security
All payments made on our website use:
- Secure POS (TPV)
- SSL encryption
- Security protocols that ensure the protection of the customer’s financial data
We never store card details on our website.
11. Invoicing
The customer can download their invoice from their user account.
If they cannot access it or encounter any issue, they can request it by contacting us and we will send it by email.
