At Farmacia Veterinaria, we want to guarantee your satisfaction and offer you a transparent and secure service. Below, we detail our return and refund policy, adapted to applicable regulations and the specific nature of veterinary products.
1. Timeframe to Request a Return
Customers have 15 calendar days from the date of the order to request a return or exchange.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
For safety, traceability, and sanitary regulation reasons, returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Veterinary medicines, zoosanitary products, and any product subject to pharmaceutical control, except in cases of shipping errors or manufacturing defects.
- Products that have been opened, handled, or are not in their original packaging.
- Personalized items or products made to order.
- Perishable products or items with short expiration dates.
- Articles that have been used or show signs of use.
In all cases, the product must arrive unopened, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging intact.
3. Accepted Returns
Returns will be accepted when:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the item ordered.
- The customer requests a withdrawal within the established period, as long as the product is not included in the list of non-refundable items.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason:

If the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons (right of withdrawal):</strong >
- The customer may manage the return shipment on their own.
- Or they may request that we manage the collection, which will cost the same as the return shipping rate applicable at the time, depending on the customer’s location.

7. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed through:

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days from the approval of the return.

- No refunds will be issued for products that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging in the return shipment managed by the customer.
